About dVault Mailbox Vaults

How are dVault Mailboxes Designed?

Every unit is manufactured from heavy-duty galvanized steel and finished with a commercial-grade, rust-resistant powder coating, ensuring exceptional durability through years of daily residential or commercial use and extreme outdoor exposure.

Tell Me More about dVault Mailbox Security

All dVault mailboxes feature secure locking access for the owner while allowing postal carriers to deliver mail and packages without the need for a key—combining convenience with high-level theft protection.

To further elevate security, large and extra-large dVault models include the patented Security Drop Door system. This advanced mechanism extends deep into the back of the unit and blocks internal contents from reaching hands, tools, or prying attempts when the exterior delivery door is opened—providing true anti-fish and anti-pry protection.

What is the dVault Product Warranty?

All dVault mailboxes come with a 5-year limited manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal use. dVault will repair or replace, at dVault's option, any defect in material or workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase. If your product is found defective, please contact dVault customer service at (719) 955-2698.

The warranty excludes deliberate or accidental damage and does not extend to misuse, finishes, destructive weather conditions, rust, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Incorrectly applying veneer, “bricking in,” or enclosing a unit in such a way that the enclosure itself, or the process of enclosing/installing the unit applies undue pressure to the sides or top of the unit, or to the doors and door mechanisms will void the unit’s warranty.
