Personalized Plaques

If we had made an error in the production of your personalized plaque, we will replace it at no charge.

If there has been no error in the production of your personalized plaque, the item may not be returned.

 

Non-Personalized Plaques and Products

You may return a non-personalized product within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

• You must obtain prior approval from our store before returning. Please write to info@rationalplaques.com to obtain approval.
• The item must be unused and in new-like condition.
• The item must be returned in all the original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping unless we have made an error in the contents of your delivered order.
• We will initiate your refund upon receipt of the returned item(s). Generally, refunds take 5 to 7 days.
